“Can't have chosen a better place for my Dad, Congratulations to all your staff for the way they look after the elderly. We really appreciate what you guys do!!!”
Nick M“As most would no the transition into a nursing home can be emotional for our loved ones and families, my aunt and uncle have no children so this was difficult, they have resided in homewood now 5 years there has been many changes but I can honestly say for the better the caring management team are out standing in particular Tom , he goes above and beyond and sprinkles so much happiness with an up beat positive attitude and a caring nature. Sadly my uncle passed recently after being married for 65 years my aunt now alone but Tom's continued support to my aunt is next to none . This home is just that a Home with excellent staff from the top down , great activities, clean and a friendly family environment. The staff are trustworthy and happy to assist whenever needed”
Debbie Graham“Lovely home, with very caring staff. Would highly recommend Homewood to anyone.”
Julia G“When my mother had to go into a home we weren’t able to do any tours due to COVID. With great trepidation, due to not having seen the place, we chose Homewood based on the reviews. To my relief, I have not regretted my decision once. My mother has been in Homewood for a few months now and she has nothing but positive comments about her time there. The nurses are caring and treat my mother like family. The staff are always approachable and do what they can to accomodate any request or answer any query we have. The level of communication, whether it be photos of my mother doing an activity or a call to say that she is unwell or not her usual self, is excellent. The respect, love and care all the staff show to mum gives me a sense of ease each time I leave after a visit. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and it is evident that they truly care for all of the residents and their families. I would highly recommend Homewood Care to anyone needing to put their loved one into an aged care facility.”
Loretta S“The team at Homewood Care are the best I've come across - they go out of their way to ensure a positive environment, they invest the extra bit of effort to get to know each resident and even learn a few words of a foreign tongue. Tom has been a pleasure to deal with and he has shown some of the best hospitality I've seen across all industries - not just aged care.”
