The facility is located in the tranquil suburb of Bexley. We are able to accommodate 43 residents who form together a multi-cultural community.

Daily Care fees are paid by all residents, fees are set by the Department of Health and Ageing
RAD and DAP fees apply to financial
residents only
HELF apply to those residents who choose to take the services
Means tested fees are set by the Department, notification is provided to resident and Homewood Care 1 month after admission if fees are applicable.

*RAD: Refundable Accommodation Deposit
**DAP: Daily Accommodation Payment
Please note Gardens Premier Plus Fees applies to admissions in Homewood Gardens if they choose to take the HELF services, in addition to the accommodation fees below.
